Dad is a Scofflaw

When mom isn't with us on our walks downtown, he illegally tethers me outside the coffee shop while he goes in to get a cup of coffee to enjoy while we sit outside the shop.

Me illegally tethered outside 4th St. Deli while dad ordered his sandwich, I am doing a great sit-stay.
